Bradford County Public Library Conference/Meeting Room Reservation Form

Bradford County Public Library has two meeting rooms available to the public.

• Meeting Room. The BCPL Meeting Room is a large, open space with kitchenette. Food and drinks are allowed. It can seat approximately 85 people.
• Conference Room. The Conference Room is a small, professional space with table and chairs. It comfortably seats about 10 people. No food or drinks allowed.

• Advanced registration of the online or written application is required. Once received the review process may take up to 14 days. Granting permission for the use of the Conference or Meeting
• Room does not imply endorsement of the aims, beliefs, or activities of any group.
• Library policy states that the group must be civic, cultural or educational in nature and meeting under the auspices (endorsement) of a responsible organization.
• The Conference and Meeting Rooms cannot be used for study groups/tutoring purposes.
• Groups may not require fees, take collections, or solicit donations.
• All programs must be open to the public.
• All groups must comply with all Bradford County Public Library Conference and Meeting Room
• Policies and Procedures or these privileges may be suspended.
• Policies and Procedures will be enforced by the Library Director or appointed Representative.
• The Bradford County Public Library cannot be held responsible for any damages or personal injury involved with the above named group or attending members in the meeting of the above-named group. Nor can the Library be held responsible for the materials used by groups or the actions of members or attendees.
